Announcing Our Scholarship Fund:
Vision 2015 SCHOLARSHIP FUND
The primary mission of this scholarship fund is to help expand the availability of post-secondary education to Haitian students throughout Haiti. Financial assistance will be provided to qualified students yearly based on academic records and family financial circumstances. The amount of aid will be varied from year to year.
As part of our engagement in a just and prosperous country, we will engage directly in expanding the pool of Haitians with post-secondary degrees, especially those pursuing degrees in the sciences, engineering and technology.
Criteria:
· Demonstrate financial need
· Applicant must be a graduating high school senior or current college student
· Currently attending or plan to attend an accredited school in Haiti
· Applicants must be pursuing a license or a bachelor degree
· Scholarship is for tuition and tuition related fees only
· If selected, application information WILL be verified
· Letter of recommendation from a teacher familiar with the applicant is required
Program
· Scholarship amount of $500-1000 per recipient
Each year an internal committee will review the pool of applicants and make recommendations.
